What is Hexarelin?

Hexarelin is a six-amino-acid GHRP that binds the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) on the pituitary, producing strong pulses of GH release—generally more potent than GHRP-2 or GHRP-6.

Hexarelin also binds the CD36 scavenger receptor in cardiac tissue, which has prompted research into its potential cardioprotective effects independent of GH release.
