CJC-1295 is a modified analog of GHRH. The 'with DAC' version incorporates a Drug Affinity Complex—a lysine linker that binds covalently to serum albumin, extending half-life from minutes to roughly 8 days.
This sustained exposure produces continuous, low-amplitude elevations in growth hormone and IGF-1 rather than the pulsatile pattern produced by short-acting GHRH peptides.
It is most often paired with a GHRP/ghrelin mimetic (such as Ipamorelin) to amplify GH pulse amplitude on top of the elevated baseline.
